Age Requirements

HuiShen is intended for users aged 13 and over, subject to applicable local laws. You must meet any higher minimum age required by law in your country or region.

If you are under 18, you must obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law. Being aged 13 to 17 does not by itself mean you can consent to all personal data processing.

Paid subscriptions may be subject to additional age, parental or legal guardian consent, and contractual capacity requirements. Turning 18 does not establish contractual capacity in every jurisdiction.

Current access and consent controls

Email registration and a before-use acknowledgement are available. They are not age verification or verified parental consent. A notice, checkbox or microphone permission is not proof of legally valid consent. Where a required eligibility or consent safeguard is missing, affected processing must not be offered until resolved.

Other people’s information

Before capturing or submitting meeting audio, transcripts, CVs or profiles, ensure you have the authority, notices and permissions required by applicable law for everyone whose information is involved. Your microphone permission is not consent from other participants. Do not submit personal information about ineligible children to the AI features.

Acceptance and use

By visiting this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. You may use the site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes.

Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly in USD unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period. You can cancel at any time from Account using Manage subscription or Cancel subscription in the Stripe Customer Portal. You do not need to contact support.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. HuiShen does not charge a cancellation fee. You retain paid features and your remaining minutes until the exact end time shown in Account. Future automatic renewals then stop.

At the end of the paid period, your account returns to Free under its UTC calendar-month allowance. Minutes do not roll over. Returning to Free does not refill Free minutes already used that month. You can resubscribe with the same account.

Cancellation and refunds are separate. Canceling does not automatically request a refund. Refund requests are handled separately and do not affect any rights you have under applicable law.

Disclaimer and limitation

The website is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, HuiShen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after the updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
